2.1 The Minister and officials responded to
questions from members of the Committee.
2.2 The Minister agreed to:

Provide Committee with the percentage of Welsh land which would be
affected by the Secretary of State for Wales’ refusal to
grant the necessary Crown consents to enact Part 6 of the Bill;
·
Provide detail on how the pilot schemes in relation to ‘area
statements’ have performed, once the information becomes
available;
·
Confirm whether or not the report conducted by Eunomia, used to
inform the Bill’s regulatory impact assessment, only looked
at traditional macerators and not at enzyme biodigesters or food
water recovery systems.
